King Richard II, (1377), King of England
O, Duke of the Lord of Edward, There was a forbearance upon the duties of a royal Hines An inheritance that summons a child out of the womb The Queen’s virginity is yet a pure perfection That the ‘Black Prince’, Richard, would come from the mockery of his foes He was a mere gift and blessings for England From GOD and His sovereignty above, there was the noble and justice led But, out of dusk, the dark shadow roar….. There came with jealousy and a crook to overthrown the hire Until when Richard was ready to rule the Kingdom with Psalm, The thief envies the hire, triumphant not. This prayer, my Lord, keeps Richard safe Until then, he was to be defeated by his foes And was forced to exile, as a prisoner, and be no more. While this tragedy ends with no remorse, King Richard, we remember you for the more.
