The Warmth That Remains · Serena Zhang
The Warmth That Remains
poem by
Serena Zhang
Memory keeps beauty softly,
blurred by distance,
changed by time,
yet still carrying light.
Past their brightest season,
the petals bend and scatter,
curling into uneven shapes,
outward, inward,
restless in the frame.
What fades
does not always leave.
It stays with us,
as rhythm,
as tenderness,
as quiet warmth
held in the heart.
