EvaNali is a contemporary self-taught artist – (been painting for eight years) and writer residing in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. After spending 20 years growing up in an orphanage in Czechoslovakia, heavily discriminated and abused, art has become her means of expression. Painting enables her to find beauty in the world, using colors to portray and communicate the essence of her life with a humble heart. As both, an observer and a thinker, she channels her emotions and imagination through various media on canvas. Quite often, she chooses colors take precedence over shapes. Her theme emphasizes on the uniqueness of mothers, women, profound kindness, and life’s knowledge and its meaning. She often draws inspiration from human emotions, including her own memories of life in the orphanage. EvaNali has shown art in group exhibitions all over Ontario. Recently, she participated in an art exhibition in Toronto where she received a gold price, as well as in Europe met with a great success. (Spain - 2023; Austria - 2026)
