When you buy on ekphra, you are buying directly from the artist — not from ekphra. ekphra provides the space. The transaction is between you and the seller.

Each artist runs their shop their own way. Policies on returns, exchanges, and shipping are set by the individual seller. Please read each seller's shop policy before purchasing. All sales are final by default unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ekphra never stores your card information. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
